Damaged or Faulty Goods
We endeavour to pick, pack and despatch all orders with care so that the products reach you 100% pristine condition. However, should your orders be delivered to you damaged you will need to inform us within 24 hours of signing the delivery note. We will work with you to collect damaged stock and replace it with new, or credit your account (your choice!). Please ensure any issues are communicated to us in a timely manner so they can be resolved quickly and efficiently.
Faulty goods – in the event that any of the products supplied to you are faulty please inform your Account Manager as soon as possible. They will be able to inform you of the returns procedure and offer you exchange or credit. Please note that all products returned will be tested for faults and credits/exchange can only be given in the event of the product being faulty. Any product returned found to be in full working order will be despatched back to you.
